For buyers

How do I download what I bought?

If you have an account, you'll find your files in the "My downloads" section of your account, available to download as many times as you need. If you bought as a guest, you'll receive the link in your purchase email (check your spam folder too).

Can I download a file again later?

Yes. As long as your account is active, you can download your purchases again whenever you want from "My downloads".

What formats do the files include?

Each product is delivered as a .ZIP file that may contain several formats (SVG, DXF, PDF, etc.). Check the product description to see exactly what's included.

Can I request a design?

Yes. Send us the details and a reference image through the contact page. We review requests and coordinate them with the artists for possible creation.

Do you offer refunds?

Because these are digital products, once a file has been downloaded it is not eligible for a refund, except for download failures or an incorrect file. In those cases we'll help you sort it out.

For sellers

What is the commission?

Files NC charges 10% + $0.45 USD on each successful sale.

When and how do I get paid?

Once your available balance reaches $10 USD, you can request a withdrawal to your PayPal account.

What files can I sell and in what format?

Package all your files into a single .ZIP (SVG, DXF, AI, CDR, PDF, etc.). For security reasons, .RAR files are not allowed.

Is my first product published right away?

Your first product goes through a quick review (24–48h) before it's published. After that, your following products are published automatically.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept PayPal (instant, available worldwide). We're working to enable more local payment methods soon.
