How to download your files

Buying and downloading on Files NC is instant. Here's how to get your files and what to do if you run into any problems.

If you have an account

• After paying, your files are available in "My downloads" inside your account.
• You can download them again as many times as you need, as long as your account is active.

If you bought as a guest

You'll receive the download link in your purchase email. Check your spam or promotions folder too.

What do I get?

Each product is delivered as a .ZIP file that may contain several formats (SVG, DXF, PDF, AI, CDR…). Check the product description to see exactly what's included.

Recommended software

• To unzip the .ZIP: WinRAR, 7-Zip or your system's built-in extractor.
• To open and cut: LightBurn, LaserGRBL, Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW or Inkscape, among others.

If a file won't download, arrives damaged or is the wrong one, email us at soporte@filesnc.com and we'll fix it.
